Transparency has always been a part of me- almost to a fault. But I believe that I have two choices here: a) talk about the "mompreneur" stuff/products/technology/work-life (you get the picture); or b) I can keep it totally real (well almost- in the most appropriate way) to present my life and journey as a woman and mom and entrepreneur (ready to take off the rose colored glasses, folks?). As a pretty true to form Libra (though I'm really not into Astrology), I constantly seek and strive for balance. That will be my goal for this blog. Balance.
So yes, we can talk all day about being a mom inventor and bringing products to market and being the only female owner in a strong team of men and stuff like that. I will share with you my insights on technology and children, technology and special needs and new tech trends- especially as they relate to my products. But once and a while I may slide in a few rants or raves about what sucks about this journey: illness, mommy guilt, not wanting to have to be a bitch to succeed, struggles to gain capital, etc.
At the end of the day, I am confident that you will be able to find a little of yourself in me. I'm hopeful, in fact, that you will. I envision this a space of learning, sharing, and community. I know from experience that it is nice to know you aren't the only one dealing with ________ (fill in the blank).
In honor of my very first blog post, I have included a video with a 'lil info about me but most importantly, I would like to introduce you to my baby- my second child, who is just making the transition from crawling to walking- my company- Targeted Technology Solutions and the myPC Stage I Keyboard (http://www.mytechstart.com/).
Please comment, feedback, ask questions and engage with me. THAT, my new friends, is what I am here for.

Yaaay! Glad you got your blog up and running. Looking forward to reading more.
Wow!! I am so, so super excited about this keyboard. My 7 month old daughter is already trying to play with my laptop keyboard! I can't wait to get her a MyPC keyboard so she can play on it without any worries. Thanks for an awesome product. Much appreciation from one mommie to another.
Great product! my 5 month old baby loves it and it has save me a lot of trouble... I can suggest just 2 things for babies 4-11 months olds... make it bluetooth so they are not tempted to chew the cable and/or add something to fix it to the table so they don't drop it to the floor including the computer(as it is attached with the USB cable)
